I’m really proud of everyone who competed today! Everyone did great job!
Ranking and scoring should not always be the focus. We are not robots. We are human beings that sometimes have good performances, and sometimes may not. Our current training does not focus on specific track and field events yet. Everybody has significant room to improve. All you need to do is work hard, try hard, and don’t give up. Remember there are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning!
